300....

My husband and I went out on a date last night, which isn't real big news; except for the fact we "rarely" go out, alone together. That is not what I am writing about this morning! I am writing about the movie we saw. Can we say FREAKING AWESOME!!!!

If you haven't already gone to see
300 and you can handle a lot of blood, I mean A LOT; then you need to see this movie.

300 is about the Spartan's fighting for the freedoms against the Persian King God, Xerxes. There are amazing fighting scenes where not only is there a lot of blood, the blood looks to be shooting out at you; through the screen. Almost 3D like! The lead character, King Leonidas played by Gerard Butler not only has amazing dialog, he is quite amusing and made me laugh on more than one occasion during the movie. All of the characters are amazing! King Leonidas'sQueen, Queen Gorgo played by Lena Headey and Dilios played by David Wenham and many, many more. David Wenham, if you remember was also in the Lord of the Rings (the last two).

This movie is Rated R of course; for violence and some nudity. Enjoy the trailer if you haven't already seen it. If you have seen this movie, let me know what you think!
