BzzAgents basically are given what they call "campaigns". Companies pay for "word of mouth" advertising and Bzzagents get some of the perks. Some campaigns come with free items. One example, I recently joined a campaign for something called "Aquapod" bottle water. Advertising more towards children drinking more water, but fun for everyone. Our pack came with 2 free bottles of Aquapod water, some cute stickers to "dress" up the bottles and multiple coupons to pass out to people we Bzz about Aquapod. We loved the shape and style of the bottle (especially my kids) and of course the water was good. It is a Nestle product after all.:)
I also signed up to review a book by J.D. Robb. I am heavily into mystery, thriller and crime type novels and this was a great campaign for me to join. We even received three free chapters to read. Really great reading and I definitely suggest this book to anyone who like to read.
