Word of the Day Wednesday

I am a tad bit late posting this today, but the word of the day today is...are you ready? From the trusty Merriam-Webster dictionary...

Transmogrify:  \transs-MAH-gruh-fye\, verb :  to change or alter greatly and often with grotesque or humorous effect

Example Sentence:With the help of an interior decorator, Max transmogrified his drab, cluttered apartment into a stylish yet functional bachelor pad.
