Funny Mondays

This video is another cute one, but more instructional. You guys/gals may have already seen this as it seems to be a hit on YouTube. To be honest though, we do this with tomatoes, I am sure we all could figure out to do this with potatoes. We normally eat the skin, except when I make mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
